Please honor the TOS of file hosting sites you are uploading to or you will be disabled from our service.

The following document outlines the Service Agreement between you ("The User") and all services provided by Uploadmirrors.com. By using our free service you ("The User") agree to and are bound by the terms and conditions in this document.

Uploadmirrors.com and the service we provide is provided "as is". No warranty to the accuracy or reliability of this service is given. We will however do our best to ensure our service remains intact. We reserve the right to disable any and all files which abuse or violate our system or services. We also reserve the right to remove any file's link hosted on our service. Uploadmirrors.com services may be used only for lawful purposes. We do not allow pornographic material, warez, illegal mp3's, or any file upload which may violate copyright laws in your region or the United States. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including export control laws, is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, material protected by patent, copyright, trademark, service mark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights. If you use another party's material, you must obtain prior authorization. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are the author and copyright owner and/or proper licensee with respect to any hosted content and you further represent and warrant that no content violates the trademark or rights of any third party. Uploadmirrors.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's transmission(s) that, in Uploadmirrors.com's discretion, violates these policies or violates any law or regulation. Uploadmirrors will not routinely screen, monitor, review or revise User Content uploaded, stored, or shared using the Service. However, Uploadmirrors may review any such content, and Uploadmirrors reserves the right to refuse to accept, store, or permit the sharing of any User Content, to remove any User Content from the Service, and to prevent the uploading, storage, or sharing of any User Content. Uploadmirrors does not endorse or support any User Content. Uploadmirrors does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any User Content. Uploadmirrors does not guarantee that User Content does not infringe third party rights, including intellectual property rights. Uploadmirrors does not guarantee that User Content will not be harmful or offensive. Uploadmirrors does not guarantee that User Content will comply with these Terms of Service. You acknowledge that any use of or reliance on User Content obtained through the Service will be at your own risk. If you become aware of any User Content that you believe violates these Terms of Service, or that is otherwise objectionable, you may inform Uploadmirrors. If you are caught abusing or violating these terms and conditions your IP may be subject to ban on any/all of Uploadmirrors.com services. You are personally responsible for the content you upload. Read the DMCA for more information on internet copyright laws and regulations. You are not allowed to copy/paste individual hosting download links generated from Uploadmirrors. You are always required to share Uploadmirrors.com link failing to which your IP is subject to ban from our services. You may not tie into our service with any third party software without the express written consent of Uploadmirrors.com. All violators are subject to service banning.

Uploadmirrors.com act as a passive conduit for users to upload files to multiple third party hosting sites and hence you acknowledge and agree that you have read and accepted the terms of service of the respective hosting services and give Uploadmirrors.com permission to send your specified file to the third party services on your behalf and also that you have sole responsibility and liability for your data stored on them.

Uploadmirrors.com does it's best to distribute your files to other filehost in their original condition however, we are not liable for lost or corrupt files. We are not liable for any money loss or damages done to you, your computer, or your business through the use of our service. We make no claims of future reliability in sharing, storing, or hosting any of your files, however we do try our best to ensure our service remains 100% functional.

Registration and Account Information

Uploadmirrors Free Services are available to anyone over the age of 13, in observance of and compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. As part of the Uploadmirrors Service, you may choose to register with Uploadmirrors. To register, you must submit a valid e-mail address and create a user name and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access information and are responsible for all activities that occur utilizing your information. Uploadmirrors does not allow multiple accounts for one user. You agree not to register multiple accounts as a single user. You understand and agree that if Uploadmirrors determines that a single user has multiple accounts, those accounts may be terminated. Anyone using Uploadmirrors Services must comply with our terms of service and Privacy Policy. Anyone, including business entities, not in compliance may be removed and banned from the Services without prior notice. Uploadmirrors reserves the right to terminate your access to any and/or all parts of the Services at any time for any reason without prior notice or liability.

In particular, and without limitation, Uploadmirrors gives no warranty or guarantee that: (1) the Service will meet your requirements; (2) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (3) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable; (4) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations; (5) any errors in the components or contents of the Service will be corrected; or (6) that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT Uploadmirrors WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, INTEREST OR APPRECIATION, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR HARM TO REPUTATION, OR FOR ANY INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR ANY DATA UPLOADED, STORED OR MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE, WHETHER OR NOT Uploadmirrors HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ANY EVENT, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF Uploadmirrors ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO Uploadmirrors, OR OWED BY Uploadmirrors TO YOU, PURSUANT TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND THE OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS THEY INCORPORATE.

UploadMirrors Copyright & DMCA Policy

UploadMirrors is a service provider under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. section 512 ("DMCA"). UploadMirrors has adopted the following policy concerning copyright infringement in accordance with the DMCA and copyright law. UploadMirrors will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement reported to its designated copyright agent. It is UploadMirrors's policy to: (1) accommodate and not interfere with standard technical measures (as defined by the DMCA) used to identify and protect copyrighted works; (2) disable access to or remove content that it believes in good faith may infringe the copyrights of third parties; and (3) discontinue service to users who repeatedly make such content available or otherwise violate UploadMirrors’s Terms of Service. Please do not abuse the UploadMirrors service by using it to distribute materials to which you do not have the rights.

How to Report Infringement

If you are the owner of any exclusive right under copyright laws, or are authorized to act on behalf of such an owner, and you believe that a copyrighted work is being used or provided through the UploadMirrors service in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please send the following information to UploadMirrors's designated agent:

1. Identify yourself as either:
- The owner of a copyrighted work(s), or
- A person "authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
2. Identify the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identify the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of the infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled by providing us the exact location of the infringing file with the exact uploadmirrors.com link. Please do not send any attached images, pdf or other file formats files, but only list with uploadmirrors.com url(s).
4. Provide us the web address under which the link has been published.
5. Provide your contact information which includes, your TRUE NAME, address and telephone number.
6. State that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agents, or the law.
7. State that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

You should be aware that, under the DMCA, claimants who make misrepresentations concerning copyright infringement may be liable for damages incurred as a result of the removal or blocking of the material, court costs, and attorneys fees.

If your request applies to more than one Uploadmirrors.com link please make sure that all links are complete.

Please make sure you can receive messages on the e-mail address from which you contact us.

A proper notification MUST contain the information above, or it may be IGNORED.

You should also be aware that we cannot delete files on other file hosts such as Rapidshare.com, Hotfile.com etc. You must contact these hosts in order to get the specific file deleted from their servers. WE DO NOT STORE ANY FILES ON OUR SERVERS AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN UPLOADED.
